When should I hire an Executive Coach?

Achieve your Goals and Find Personal Balance & Harmony in 2022

One question I am asked frequently is, “What is an executive coach and how do I know if I need one?”

Often, a promotion, return to work after maternity leave, or a feeling of being stuck and wanting to push through to the next level will prompt somebody to seek out an executive coach. In my experience of having a coach, hiring a coach is a great way to explore solutions, articulate your challenges in a different way, and have somebody ask you questions to help you understand your choices to move forward to get the best out of the scenario.

As we begin the new year, it’s time to ask yourself, What if I had a dedicated coach that I could share my vision and challenges to help me uncover real solutions? What if I could find balance in my career and personal goals? Our vision is unique to us as individuals. It’s often our personal expectations that build unnecessary stress and pressure. Hiring an unbiased coach or mentor helps us define our goals, simplify challenges, and lead with confidence.

The Executive Mom Nest is taking an innovative approach to Executive Coaching. Instead of being a straight line to a single person as your executive coach, we’ve created an Executive Coaching program that comes with priceless benefits. Our clients describe us as a Virtual Wellness & Professional Development Center because our collective focus is to give you the solutions, connections, and mentorship for priorities at work and at home.
